A leading online resource for parents and educators on learning disabilities and related disorders.  Find answers to questions and clear, detailed information on everything from Working Memory to Dyslexia to ADHD. 

Greatschools.org http://www.greatschools.org/  
A resource for parents on a variety of school issues in general (school reviews, homework help, parenting dilemmas, health and behavior) as well as a great section on learning difficulties, including learning disabilities, ADHD, and autism.

All Kinds of Minds: http://www.allkindsofminds.org/  
All Kinds of Minds uses a neurodevelopmental framework that serves as an organizing structure to help educators understand learning and learners. An excellent Learning Library for educators and parents explains common challenges and hints/activities to help them minimize or overcome their differences. An online Learner Sketch Tool, based on the AKOM learning framework, is a fun way to find out what kind of learner you are.  Possible strategies are listed for each area.
